Jorgenson Companies’ Material Handling Division Hosting Open House for New Facility

It’s been an exciting couple of months for us—BuyMetalShelving.com recently made the move to a new facility along with the rest of the Jorgenson Industrial Companies’ Material Handling and Lockers Divisions, and we want to show it off! Our new building is big enough that all of our operations, sales and support staff are able to be in the same location, allowing us to serve our customers better. Why Buy Wide Span Shelving (Also Known As Bulk Shelving) That Is For Sale

When the average person thinks of racking for business or personal applications, they don’t have a clue that they have literally hundreds of different racking options to choose from. Last week we compared boltless metal shelving with open and closed clip shelving. Now let us introduce another good option that is a bit more heavy-duty than those two; bulk shelving, which incidentally can also be called wide span shelving.

Remember that wide span/bulk shelving can be a term for a shelving unit that includes pallet racking AND boltless options, so with a bit of latitude in speaking, wide span/bulk shelving is a general category—however what we will address here is the use of a more shallow type of heavy duty shelving that doesn’t require, or can fit, a pallet on its shelves.
